This project revises an assorted set of disjointed spaces into a few generous, useful ones. Incorporating a kitchenette, a dining area, a wine room, and entertainment space, within the perimeter of the building above, all these spaces open to an outdoor fireplace and seating area. Surface textures and materials include battered concrete walls, and mahogany cribbing.
