Modern Aerie

This project opens a previously constrained living, dining, kitchen arrangement to create a single generous space for living, that takes advantage of the western light and views. Expanding on the original ‘50’s’architecture, the warmly rendered steel details of the remodel, along with straight grained natural oak cabinetry, balance the white walls and neutral surfaces, washed in daylight and embellished with art.
