RENOVATION
This conversion of an assortment of basement rooms into a gracious pool room, incorporates a wide range of programmatic needs into one area. Kitchenette, wine room, bathroom and TV area all open into the main space, which in turn opens to the outside through a large pair of bi-folding doors. Battered concrete walls, uncovered during demolition, provide warmth and informaility, as does the cribbing wall of mahogany that lines the perimeter.
